LESS THEN 24 HOURS TO VOTE

Well it has finally arrived...less the 24 hours left to vote for my portfolio for 3rd Ward in New York.  The prize:  $1000 and a 2 page spread in 3rd Ward Magazine.  Also, I am in the running for a solo show in New York CIty as well.  I have really tried to get as many people voting as possible and if anything, got me some great exposure.  Of course it would be great to win, but just getting people to see my work and getting the great feedback has been awesome.

My journey thus far as a fine artist has been wonderful. It's a slow process but I am proud of and people really are loving my work, which makes what I do that much better.  So to all of you that took the time to vote each and everyday for the last month, THANK YOU!

I am attaching some images for my concept if I get the solo show.  THe concept is called The Urban Landscape Experience and it will involve my style landscapes, cityscapes and a new twist on fine art, tattoos.  I want to re-create some of my pieces as tattoos and show them side by side, fine art tattoos if you will.

Could make for a very interesting show!  We shall see if the jurors feel the same...These images below are concepts photos to show how it could look, the fine art piece and the fine art tattoo replica.

These are actual tattoos I have done that have duplicated a Master's artists painting (Van Gogh, Picasso, Dali, Vermeer, Klimt)

And then of course I would have actual paintings on canvas as well.  I thought about bring actual aspens and street lamps into the show as installations too.  Lots going on in my head, just would be great to have that opportunity to do this!
